Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, President Muhammadu Buhari and the Director General, World trade Organization, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala among others are expected to speak at the Nigeria Governors Forum, NGF induction ceremony for new and returning governors between Monday and Friday next week.
