7-Fifteen Capital Limited, a luxury real estate development company with headquarters in Abuja, officially launched its Lagos office at the weekend with a landmark event held in Ikoyi, Lagos. 

The launch signals a significant step in the company’s expansion into Nigeria’s most dynamic real estate market.

7-Fifteen Capital Limited is a luxury real estate development company founded in 2020 with headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria. The company develops high-end residential and mixed-use properties in prime locations, with a focus on exceptional design, quality delivery, and enduring value.

Its Abuja portfolio includes the completed 7-Fifteen Lakeside Estate in Jabi, the city’s first waterfront community, alongside active developments such as Myari Lakeside, The Residence, The Shore, and The Cove Lakeside.

In Lagos, the company has commenced operations with Zuri Residences on George Street, Ikoyi.

7-Fifteen Capital is defined by its commitment to architectural distinction, reliable execution, and the belief that the spaces people inhabit shape how they live, grow, and aspire.

The evening opened with an art exhibition by Yenwa Gallery titled Load-Bearing, featuring five sculptural works commissioned by 7-Fifteen Capital. The exhibition showcased visual interpretations of the company’s developments and architectural journey, including its Lagos project, Zuri Residences on George Street, Ikoyi, already underway. 

The showcase offered guests an immersive introduction to the brand’s design philosophy and vision for premium living, using art as the lens through which 7-Fifteen Capital introduced its work and ambitions for Lagos.

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu who delivered the keynote address on Lagos’ continued growth and its vast potential as a global real estate destination, highlighted the important role quality developers play in shaping a city that is not only functional, but aspirational, and formally welcomed 7-Fifteen Capital to Lagos while expressing confidence in the company’s commitment to excellence, delivery, and thoughtful design. He also emphasised the need for partnerships between public and private sectors to ensure the delivery of a perfect city.

Speaking on the company’s growth and expansion into Lagos, Tope Adekoya, CEO and Co-Founder of 7-Fifteen Capital, said “When we founded 7-Fifteen, our goal was simple: to build refined, intentional spaces that people would be proud to call home. In Abuja, that vision grew into developments like Myari Lakeside, The Residence, and The Cove Lakeside, projects defined by craftsmanship and a deep respect for the relationship between architecture and everyday living.

Now, as we enter Lagos, a city driven by energy, ambition, and constant evolution, we do so with the same philosophy and a long-term commitment to contributing meaningful value to its future landscape.”

Responding to journalists’ questions on the sidelines of the event, Adekoya said “So, today is about showcasing the work of 7-15. 7-15 is six years old. We’ve been doing a lot of work in Abuja. We’re market leaders in Abuja. We do feel we’ve built the best homes in the last five-six years in Abuja. And we’ve moved into Lagos.

“And it’s only right that we don’t shortchange ourselves and we show the world what we’ve been up to in the last five-six years. That’s why it’s called a night at the museum. So, basically we’re showcasing our works, what we’ve been doing in the last five-six years in Abuja, the different estates.

“We’ve built over 200,000 square metres of luxury homes in Abuja. We’ve delivered over 500 homes of luxury real estate in Abuja spanning across the Jabi Lake and Meitama district in Abuja.”

A major highlight of the evening was the formal introduction of the 7-Fifteen Foundation, the company’s social impact arm focused on advancing social welfare and expanding access to opportunity for underserved communities, particularly children and young adults facing barriers to education, employment, training, and basic necessities.

Commenting on the Foundation, Adesuwa Belo-Osagie, Deputy CEO and Co-Founder of 7-Fifteen Capital, said:

We are not just building in Lagos. We are building for Lagos. The same care we bring to creating beautiful, lasting homes is the care we want to extend to the communities around them.

The launch ceremony also featured a panel discussion titled From Land to Keys: Fixing the Gaps in Lagos Real Estate Delivery, bringing together industry leaders and practitioners for a conversation on the opportunities and challenges shaping property development in Lagos.

The evening concluded with a networking reception attended by financiers, developers, investors, and business leaders, reflecting the significance of the occasion and the anticipation surrounding the company’s Lagos expansion. As guests engaged with the company’s leadership, developments, and artistic installations, the atmosphere reflected optimism and quiet confidence about what lies ahead. By the end of the evening, the message was clear: Lagos, 7-Fifteen Capital is here.
